◊ Time to test my image host. This should be a picture of Putnam Hall, my dorm at K-State. Drum roll please... will it work?

(After several hours spent trying to rewrite the blog template to make better use of a 1024x768 screen resolution, I had to acknowledge the fact that I know nothing about HTML and my reverse-engineering approach to figuring what did what was not going to yield a good-looking website without many many hours of fiddling. So to make it look like I am using the default on purpose, I will be using a low-res-high-res hyperlink system "to be kind to those using dialup internet". Yup. That's the reason.)
